In an attempt to provide our community with a greater amount of information concerning the services and resources available to our neighbors, the Board of Directors of ILF launched this web site in late May of 2001.  As you tour our web site, you will find information about our facilities, important and enjoyable upcoming events from the comfort of your home, you can tell us your opinion on important issues concerning your community. You also have direct email access to our Board and Management by emailing  If you would like to volunteer to help with neighborhood beautification, or have a concern or suggestion, please either call the management office or email us.

For those who are visiting or are new to our community, Indian Lakes Foundation is a planned residential development of 1603 homes located in the beautiful City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. With over 140 acres of common greens, we have several playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts; in addition to our pride and joy, our 160,000 gallon swimming pool with an adjacent toddler pool for children 4 and under. Effective for 2016: New photo identification pass required for entry into pool. Come into the office to get your photo taken Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 9am to 5pm or Wednesday, Thursday from 1pm to 5pm. New pass is free to residents who bring in their old tags.

Adjacent to our pool is our versatile Community Center. In addition to being home to the Foundation's Board, Management and Maintenance offices, the Community Center has meeting rooms which are available to our members for rental. Our members utilize the Community Center for family birthday, anniversary and wedding celebrations; for scout and community meetings; for soccer, baseball and swim team parties; and the Foundation sponsors several events held at the Community Center, including Easter egg hunts, volunteer celebrations and community picnics. The Board of Directors hold their meetings at the Community Center and these open meetings are regularly attended by our concerned neighbors.

Surrounding and weaving throughout our lakes, playgrounds and homes, are over 12 miles of walkways which our residents utilize for leisure biking or vigorous walks; you might even see some of our younger residents traveling on them by skateboard.

The Homeowners, residents and Board of Directors of the Indian Lakes Foundation thank you for visiting our web site and wish you an enjoyable stay.
