Welcome to Indian Lakes Foundation

On behalf of the Homeowners, Residents & Staff of Indian Lakes Foundation Homeowners Association, we wish to welcome you! We hope you enjoy your visit and come back to visit us frequently.

For those who are visiting or are new to our community, Indian Lakes Foundation is a Planned Unit Development of 1603 homes located in the beautiful City of Virginia Beach. Within the 144 acres of common greens, we have 9 playgrounds, 1 tennis court and 8 basketball courts as well as our pride and joy: the 160,000 gallon, Jr. Olympic size swimming pool with an adjacent toddler pool for children 4 and under.*

*Effective as of 2016: New photo identification pass required for entry into pool. Come into the office to get your photo taken Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 9am to 5pm or wednesday, Thursday from 1pm to 5pm. New pass is free to residents who bring in their old tags. $10 for a new photo pass and $15 for a replacement photo pass.

Adjacent to our pool is our versatile Community Center. In addition to being home to the Foundation’s Board, Management and Maintenance offices, the Community Center has meeting rooms which are available to our members for rental. Our members utilize the Community Center for family birthday, anniversary and wedding celebrations; and for Foundation sponsored events. The Board of Directors hold their meetings every other month at the Community Center and these open meetings are regularly attended by our concerned neighbors.

Surrounding and weaving throughout our lakes, playgrounds and homes, are over 12 miles of walkways which our residents utilize for leisure biking or vigorous walks; you might even see some of our residents traveling on them by bicycles.

The Homeowners, residents and Board of Directors of the Indian Lakes Foundation thank you for visiting our web site and wish you an enjoyable stay.
